History

Weapons-Used as farm tools. Our emphasis is on the self-defense application of them.

Self-Defense

Demo Action vs Reaction

1. Teach edged weapon to front throat

2. 10 Reps with partner

3. Line drill

Warm Up 

1. Pushup / Crunch alternating – 30 seconds each for two rounds.

2. Review distance and alignment

3. Spidey Sense Drill
