Kids–Warm Up

Kids run around the class for 60-seconds while you remind them of past MENTAL lessons such as:

  • 3 types of bad guys
  • One on one
  • Walk with confidence
  • Shark-infested waters

  1. 30-seconds push-ups
  2. 30-seconds 1-2-3-4 punches
  3. 30-seconds sit-ups
  4. 30-seconds 1-2-3-4-5 elbows
  5. 30-seconds burpees
  6. 30-seconds C-strike, Knee Strike in mirror
  7. 30-seconds mountain climbers
  8. 30-seconds Wrist escape with each other
  9. 30-seconds Flying Xs
  10. 30-seconds Plank
