Skills/Drills: Nunchaku

1. Review Nunchaku 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

2. Review Nunchaku 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 on Pad. Emphasize recovery.

Using blockers, have a student slowly jab with the blocker while defender defends with:

a. Counter strike at the blocker with recovery.

b. Catching and squeezing the blocker like a pincer.
