Kids Self-Defense
Run the self-defense classes without the typical warm-ups. If you have time at the end of class, fill that with calisthenics.
Kids–Warm Up
Kids run around the class for 60-seconds while you remind them of past MENTAL lessons such as:
- 3 types of bad guys
- One on one
- Walk with confidence
- Shark-infested waters
Face center in a circle
- 30-seconds push-ups
- 30-seconds 1-2-3-4 punches
- 30-seconds sit-ups
- 30-seconds 1-2-3-4-5 elbows
- 30-seconds burpees
- 30-seconds C-strike, Knee Strike in mirror
- 30-seconds mountain climbers
- 30-seconds Wrist escape with each other
- 30-seconds Flying Xs
- 30-seconds Plank
