Imagine you are the star of a movie about your life. How is that story going to go?
Is the movie going to be about a junk food addicated, lazy, rude person who can’t control emotions and makes excuses every time something goes wrong?
Or, will it be about a person who works hard, makes smart, healthy decisions and earns a black belt?
Which movie do you want to star in? Then start writing the script.

Hold Up Your End
Imagine paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a home. Then imagine working each day to keep food on the table and the electricity on. That is what your parents do for you.
What are you doing for them? Are you keeping your room clean? Are you doing your chores without complaining? Are you working with your parents to make a great life for your family or are you being selfish and not helping?
We don’t promote selfish black belts because being a black belt means you have the Black Belt Attitude (BBA) which means you try your best to be excellent in everything you do. That includes helping your family.

Warmup
- Warmup Series-30-seconds each
- Jab – Elbow
- Pull Down – Elbow
- 4 Punches Reviewed 30-seconds each (refer to Hip Power Flow)
- 1-2 Step Thru Round Kick 10 on each side from movement after reviewing the mechanics
- 1-2 Step Thru Sidekick 10 on each side from movement after reviewing the mechanics
- 10 Blocks (Wander with Noodle to test blocks)
Teaching/Review
- Set Point Series Movement (Strikes) Defense 60-seconds each partner
- 1-2-Cut Kick Exchange (Clear, change position each time)
- 2-3 Cut Kick
- 1-2-3 Cut Kick Exchange
Drills & Skills
- 4-3-Cut Kick Mitts (1-min each side)
- 4-3-2 Cut Kick Mitts
- Round Kick Pad Series
Cool Down
- Form a circle
