The estate of the beloved Power Rangers star, Jason David Frank, has found itself embroiled in a legal battle following a lawsuit filed by Valencia Marketplace.

Court documents reveal that the shopping center has taken legal action against Frank's estate, asserting its ownership of the premises where the martial arts school operated.

Frank, who gained fame for his role as a Power Ranger, had two karate studios in Texas and another in Stevenson Ranch, California.

He committed suicide on November 2022 at age 49.

Frank leased the California location from Valencia Marketplace with a 10-year lease agreement in 2018.

According to the lawsuit filed by Valencia Marketplace, the school ceased making rent payments on the property in November 2022.

The shopping center's management claims that the accumulated unpaid rent and fees amount to $36,718.

Despite the unfortunate passing of Jason David Frank, his estate remains in possession of the unit in question.
