“Who do you want to be?” is like asking, what kind of person do you want to grow up to be? Imagine that you can choose to be a doctor, a police officer, or an astronaut. It’s about figuring out what makes you happy and what you love to do. This helps you to create the kind of life you want to live when you grow up. Who knows? You could own your own martial arts sch

Becoming the person you want to be is just like how a tiny seed slowly grows into a big tree. For us, it means learning new things, being kind to others, and believing in yourself.

Sometimes it can be a little hard or scary, but as long as you keep trying, you can change and grow into the amazing person you want to be, just like a superhero!

Have them spin back kick body shields. You can have them lead with a jab and then spin back kick. The jab helps to hide the kick.
