WARMUP
- Warmup Series-30-Seconds Each-4 minutes
- 5 Elbows Reviewed-15-seconds
- 10 Blocks – 2 min
TEACH
- Teach Ridgehand
- Execute slowly on partner
- 10-Ridgehand each side on pad
- Teach/Review Sidekick and Round Kick
DRILLS & SKILLS
- Skip Sidekick on body shield. (1 minute per leg)
- C1-Jab Sidekick on body shield. (1 minute per leg)
- C2 1-2-Rear Leg Sidekick on body shield. (1 minute per leg)
COOL Down
- Form a circle with students facing the center
- Alternating 3 Sets of 10 Push Ups with 10 Toe Tapper Sit Ups
- 5-Part Stretch
