Major Martial Arts Systems
CHINESE: KUNG FU
Kung Fu, also known as Wushu, is a traditional Chinese martial art with a history spanning thousands of years. It encompasses a wide range of fighting styles and techniques, emphasizing fluid movements, striking, kicking, and grappling.
Kung Fu training focuses on building strength, agility, speed, and coordination, as well as cultivating mental discipline and self-defense skills.
It combines physical techniques with philosophical principles such as balance, harmony, and respect. Kung Fu is not only a means of combat but also a holistic practice that promotes physical fitness, personal growth, and a deep understanding of oneself and the surrounding world.

Okinawan Karate
Okinawan Karate is a traditional martial art originating from Okinawa, a Japanese island. It is characterized by its emphasis on striking techniques using punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes. Okinawan Karate places great importance on disciplined training, focusing on developing strong stances, precise techniques, and mental fortitude. It also incorporates kata, a series of predetermined movements, to enhance technique and body control.
