A Chance to Grow 1

Sometimes you will find yourself in a difficult situation, one that seems impossible to overcome.

Do you give up or find a way to face it and grow from the experience? The key is to be willing to face the obstacle head-on.

When we look at our obstacles as a chance to get stronger and grow, we see them in a different light.

Looking back, many of the best lessons in life you learn are from these difficult situations we all face.

The truth is no one lives a life with out serious challenges.

The difference is that you are learning and training to deal with them. Most people never have that privilege.

Face It and Grow 2

Last class, we learned that there are times in life when we face obstacles that seem impossible to overcome.

We don’t give up. We find a way to face it and grow from the experience.

The obstacle itself can help us learn and grow, as long as we’re willing to face it head-on like a black belt.
